My work is still in it’s infancy, but essentially I’m focusing on social responsibility in graphic design. Currently, I’m concentrating on our society’s obsession with consuming products they don’t need, and the lack of social responsibility people take in their choices. My work has an activist bent, and currently I’m looking at how big business has convinced us over the past 3 decades that our water is not safe, and that we need to buy bottled water, which is 1000 times more expensive than tap water. I’m looking at the environmental and social issues around the marketing of bottled water. |

I’m a graduate student currently pursuing my MFA in Graphic Design at a local state university. I’m focusing mostly on social justice in design, and the trends found in the industry that revolves around designing with a social conscience. Here I intend to gather my research, articles, and resources, as well as my own research and design pieces for review.
Great job man, I think your stuff is really clever.
The issue is something I’ve also looked into, I work for a Health Retreat that has just released 100% plastic free, aluminium blend water bottles.
I am responsible for the graphic design and marketing for the product, your work has been given me great inspiration.
Thanks, keep it up.
